Privacy Policy

1. Overview

SwipeVault ("we", "our", or "the extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps advertisers and marketers save and organize ads from Meta Ads Library and TikTok Creative Center. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Data We Collect

SwipeVault collects only the minimum data required to provide the service:

• Email address — provided by you at checkout (or when you recover your license by email), used to associate and deliver your license.
• Saved ads — ad content (text, image URLs, platform) that you explicitly choose to save by clicking the Save button. Stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) and never uploaded to our servers.
• License key — a UUID generated at purchase, stored locally in your browser. It is sent to our server only to activate and validate your license and to enforce plan quotas (e.g., AI Deconstruct).
• Paddle transaction ID — stored server-side to identify your purchase and prevent duplicate license creation.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not track your browsing history.
• We do not collect or transmit the content of pages you visit beyond what you explicitly save.
• We do not use analytics or tracking pixels.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How Data Is Used

• Email: used solely to deliver your license key and for account recovery support.
• License key: validated server-side only when you use the AI Deconstruct feature, to enforce usage quotas.
• Saved ads: remain entirely on your device. We have no access to them.

5. Third-Party Services

Your personal data is shared only with the service providers below, solely to operate the product. We never sell or rent your data, and we never share it with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.

• Paddle (paddle.com) — payment processor. Handles your card data. We never see or store your payment information. Subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic Claude API — used only for the AI Deconstruct feature. The ad text you submit is sent to Anthropic for analysis. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — our database, used to store license records (email, plan, transaction ID). Data is stored in the EU region.

6. Data Retention

License records are retained for as long as your subscription is active plus 12 months for support purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@swipevault.pro.

8. Children

SwipeVault is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance.
